The Queen Esther Program mission is to create a community of support that reduces the need for DCF involvement;  increase stability and shorten the stay of children in care, and provide an environment centered on promoting the well-being, body, mind and spirit of a child so that they may fulfill their prophetic destiny

Esther was motherless and fatherless.

Mordecai, her cousin, stepped in and stepped up as her parent.

  • He “fostered” and provided unconditional love, guidance, support and covering.

Esther became the Queen of Persia.

Mordecai challenged her belief of self and capability.

Esther risked her life and used her voice, position and influence to prevent a massacre led by Haman.
